Importing recipes

• Web: paste a recipe URL when the site exposes recipe markup; otherwise we extract from page text.
• Video (YouTube / TikTok / Instagram Reels): we combine audio, on-screen text, and captions. Always review the editable preview before saving.
• Photos / cookbooks: use OCR import; fix any misread amounts in the preview.
• Other apps: import supported export files as listed in-app.

Cooking mode

• Screen stays awake while a recipe cook is active.
• Timers can appear as Live Activities.
• Free tier: single-dish cooking. Multi-dish timelines require Cleaver Pro.

Multi-dish

Pick 2–4 recipes and a serve time. Cleaver builds a shared timeline and warns about hand/oven conflicts.

Export / leaving Cleaver

One-tap export to JSON, Markdown, and Paprika-compatible format. Export works on the free tier and does not require an account.

Purchases and AI imports

• Free includes 10 AI/video imports total.
• Pro (subscription): 50 AI imports/month.
• Lifetime unlock: Pro features with 30 AI imports/month (not unlimited AI).
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Restore purchases from Cleaver Settings if you reinstall.
